Join us for our dance workshop…just make yourself a nest that you can dance in and out of safely, on your own or with a partner. We welcome soft toys to join in too. We will spend time, warming up and finding how we can move in our nest and then build some skills that will be useful in our dance. We will discover how we can hide and be really small and how we can balance on the edge, travel a little, jumping, flying, turning with our partners. Towards the end we will have made a small dance to Judith’s music that we will be able to share with our families and friends.

You won’t need a large space to take part in this session at home, just enough room to move safely.
